1. Who we are
TimeNeatly is provided by Tallyroll, trading as TimeNeatly ("we", "us"). When you use TimeNeatly you are contracting with Tallyroll. Contact: hello@timeneatly.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use TimeNeatly you agree to these terms. If you use TimeNeatly for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. Individuals must be 18 or over.
3. The service
TimeNeatly is online software that reads timesheets, totals hours per person and project, supports approvals, and produces payroll exports and payslips. TimeNeatly does not calculate tax or National Insurance and is not payroll or legal advice.
4. Your account
Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse TimeNeatly, including by:
- using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- introducing malware, probing or testing our security, or scraping the service;
- reverse engineering, reselling or getting around technical limits of the service.
6. Intellectual property
Tallyroll owns TimeNeatly, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. You keep ownership of the data you upload and let us host and process it only to provide the service.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund policy.
8. Service level
We work hard to keep TimeNeatly available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always check totals before paying staff. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
9. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using TimeNeatly at any time. After closure your data is deleted as described in our Privacy notice, except records we must keep by law.
11. General
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
